Battery notice

Due to updated regulations the price for shipping more than two spare batteries per Crazyflie has in creased. With the current cart an additional fee of ~65 USD will be added to the shipping cost during checkout. Either increase the number of Crazyflies or decrease the number of batteries to remove this fee.
